Christine is a Dallas-born Jesus lover, Disney enthusiast, and recovering perfectionist who is passionate about helping people harness their true identity as image-bearers of God.
As a former Miss Plano and Miss Dallas-Fort Worth, Christine’s passions for speaking and ministry began when she spent her years of service traveling across Texas speaking at schools, events, and as a guest on local radio programs. At 18 years old, the Lord called her to take a public stand for the sanctity of human life, which grew into a deep passion for adoption and inspired her to create her child advocacy platform, “Stand Up for Hope.” During this time, she also devoted her travels to performing classical piano as a three-time All-State recipient with the National Federation of Music.
She finished her pageant career with the Miss America Organization as a two-time First Runner-Up to Miss Texas, where those earthly losses ignited a spiritual gain: a deeper understanding and intimacy with God – above any glittering titles or trophies the world may offer.
Christine hung up her crown and sash to continue her education, earning her B.A. from Baylor University and J.D. from SMU Law School. She spent the early years of her legal career defending religious liberty alongside a national non-profit law firm, until the Lord opened doors for a surprising career transition into the alternative asset industry.
Starting off with no financial background or initial knowledge of what a “hedge fund” even was, God led her to a surprising new career in the alternative asset industry and is now a Compliance Officer at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors LLC, a $14B global multi-manager hedge fund based in NYC.
Christine and her family are active members of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas where she guest teaches a young women’s Bible Fellowship Class. She is also a published writer for VIRTUOUS Magazine, speaker at the 2021 Women’s DIVE Conference, featured guest on various podcasts, and is an enthused lover of ballet, piano, traveling, old-fashioned letters, kale smoothies, books, bold dreams, and beautiful souls.
